Mastering the B2B Catalog

Learn how to find, filter, and export the best wine experiences for your clients.

1) Accessing the Catalog

Once you log in to your Partner Portal, you will see your dashboard. To begin your search, simply click on the "Start searching and filtering experiences" button or select "Search and export experiences" from the left-hand sidebar menu.

2) Find Exactly What You Need

Our powerful search engine allows you to locate experiences using two primary methods:

A) Search by Place or Destination

Enter specific regions or cities (e.g., Tuscany, Umbria) to see all available products in those areas. You can select multiple destinations at once.

B) Search by Radius (POI)

If your clients are staying at a specific hotel or villa, use the Radius Search. Type the address of the Point of Interest and use the slider to set the maximum distance in kilometers.

You can further refine your results by Keyword (e.g., "lunch"), Date, number of Participants, or Price range.

3) Viewing and Exporting Results

After applying your filters, the system will display the matching experiences. From here, you have two powerful options:

  • View Details: Click on the magnifying glass icon or the title of an experience to open a full breakdown, including long descriptions, booking policies, and tasting menus.
  • Export to CSV: If you need to work offline or import data into your own CRM, use the Export button. You can select which columns to include (ID, Name, Booking Policy, etc.) and download a clean CSV file.

How we rank our experiences

It is important to know that the experiences in our catalog are not listed at random. Winedering uses a sophisticated proprietary algorithm designed to always show you the best options first.

Our system automatically ranks products from the "best" downwards, calculating a quality score based on:

  • Supplier Reliability: How consistently the provider accepts and manages bookings.
  • Experience Quality: Based on historical performance and data.
  • Real Customer Reviews: We prioritize experiences with high ratings and positive feedback from other travelers.
  • Availability: Better ranking is given to suppliers who keep their calendars updated.

Pro Tip: The "Safety First" Check

To ensure the highest reliability for your client's reservation, always keep an eye on these two indicators in the search results:

  • Book Confirmation Ratio: This is the percentage of bookings a supplier actually confirms. A rate above 70% is good, but choosing experiences with more than 90% ensures an almost certain acceptance of your request.
  • Star Rating & Review Count: Next to the ID, you will see the average rating (e.g., 4.9) and the number of reviews. High-rated experiences are "battle-tested" by our community and represent the safest choice for a premium service.

Basically: By simply picking the top-listed experiences in a destination, you are already choosing the most reliable and high-quality options available on the market.
