How to connect  Regiondo    to Winedering

Which elements are synchronized through the integration?

Here is the list of integrations available:

  1. Availabilities: Any updates on opening or closing dates and times are reflected in real-time on Winedering. Your calendar will be managed exclusively through Regiondo.

  2. Bookings: Bookings confirmed by customers on Winedering are automatically sent to your booking engine. Their management (confirmation, rejection, or cancellation) must be done directly through Regiondo.
    If you need to modify a booking (date, number of guests, price, etc.), the customer will need to cancel it (or you can do it on their behalf) and then rebook with the correct details.
    Attention! In case of a discrepancy in prices between Regiondo and Winedering, the  official booking amount will always be the one indicated on Winedering This amount will be used for revenue calculation, the commission applied by Winedering, and the amount to be included in the receipt or invoice issued to the customer. The total amount from Winedering will be displayed both in the "Sales Channel" column of the booking list and in the booking details on Regiondo.

Pricing
Unlike availability, the price list will not be synchronized with Regiondo. Any price changes must be manually communicated to Winedering.

How to Connect Your Experience on Winedering with Regiondo

Before proceeding
Make sure that the experience on Winedering that you want to connect is ONLINE.
Retrieve the Experience ID of the experience you want to connect from the Regiondo panel.


1. On Regiondo

Log in to your Regiondo panel.

Click on Channel Manager > Sales Channels.



Search for Winedering, then click the Edit button.



Click the Activate Channel button if the channel is marked as Inactive.

Select the offers you want to import to Winedering.


Attention
The offers must not be INACTIVE or EXPIRED, and the offers should be set to automatic confirmation.


Once the offers are enabled, retrieve the Experience ID to use on Winedering.

Go to Manage Offers > My Offers.



Take the second code from the SKU column related to the offer you want to connect.



2. On Winedering

Log in to your Winedering control panel. 

From the left menu, click on "Experiences".



In the experiences table, click on the name of the experience you want to connect.

Note: The experience must be   ONLINE   to be connected to Regiondo .



From the left menu, click on "Connect Booking Engine".


 

A popup window will open where you can select Regiondo as the booking engine and enter the Experience ID of the experience you wish to connect (which can be found in the Regiondo panel).

The experience you choose on Regiondo must be set to "Accept new booking automatically", otherwise it will not be possible to synchronize it with Winedering.




Click on the "Check experience" button. 

If the Experience ID is valid, a message will appear with the name of the experience listed on Regiondo, allowing you to verify that you have selected the correct Experience ID. If the name is not correct, you can enter a different Experience ID and retry the connection.

If the name of the experience is correct, you will need to map the ADULT, CHILD, etc. rate categories from all Regiondo calendars with the corresponding rates on Winedering before confirming the association.

WARNING! If the rates are not associated, the bookings will not be automatically loaded into Regiondo.


Finally, click the "Save" button to confirm.

How to view the details of the configuration for the experience linked to Regiondo


Log in to your Winedering control panel.

From the left menu, click on "Experiences".



In the list of experiences, those connected to Regiondo will have a badge that says Regiondo in burgundy next to the name.



Click the name of the experience.



From the left menu, click on the button "Manage Booking Engine."



Clicking the button will open a popup where you can see the selected booking engine, the entered Experience ID, and the name of the experience present on Regiondo.



Check if Regiondo is Temporarily Disconnected

If the connection is temporarily suspended,  availability and bookings will no longer sync with Regiondo and will instead be managed by Winedering.

HOW TO IDENTIFY CONNECTION ISSUES

Log in to your control panel.

From the left menu, click on "Experiences".


In the list of experiences, the name Regiondo in the badge will appear in yellow instead of burgundy.




Click on the experience name, and the "Manage Booking Engine" button will be red.




Clicking the button will open a popup displaying a warning message.


How to Disconnect Your Experience on Winedering from Regiondo

Considerations before proceeding:
If the experience is ONLINE, the availability shown on the site will be based on what is set on Winedering.
Ensure that the configuration of the experience is correct before disconnecting it from Regiondo.

Log in to your Winedering control panel.

Open the details of the experience you want to disconnect from Regiondo.

From the left menu, click on the "Manage Booking Engine" button.


A modal popup will appear showing the connection status. Click the "Disconnect" button to remove the connection.


How to check that all rates for the experience in Regiondo are associated with a price


Log into your control panel. From the left menu, click on "Experiences".



In the list of experiences, those connected to Regiondo will have a Regiondo badge next to the name.




Click the name of the experience.




From the left menu, click on the "Calendars & Prices" button.



Availability will be fetched directly from the booking engine, so you don’t need to make any changes to the calendar, which is only used internally to associate prices with the correct periods.

To check that all rates are correctly linked to the booking engine, click the "Verify Rates on Booking Engine" button.



If there are any rates available on the booking engine but missing from the Winedering calendar, they will be listed and won’t be visible on the frontend, meaning they cannot be booked through the Winedering form.



To fix this, you will need to manually add the rates to the Winedering calendar.

Managing Bookings Connected with Regiondo

Whenever a user confirms a booking for an experience connected to Regiondo, the booking will also be automatically created in Regiondo.

Important!
The creation or update of bookings from/to Regiondo does not happen in real-time!
It may take up to a few minutes for Regiondo and Winedering to synchronize and reflect the same information.

 Log in to your control panel. From the left menu, click on the "Bookings Received" button.



Click on the booking you want to view in detail.

 

If the booking has been correctly created or is pending creation in Regiondo, it cannot be managed within Winedering
Any changes, such as confirming or rejecting the booking, must be made in Regiondo.



Attention to Price Discrepancies!
In case of a discrepancy in prices between Regiondo and Winedering, the official booking amount will always be the one indicated on Winedering. This amount will be used for revenue calculation, the commission applied by Winedering, and the amount to be included in the receipt or invoice issued to the customer.
On Regiondo the total amount from Winedering will be displayed both in the 'Sales Channel' column of the booking list and in the booking details.


If errors occur during the creation of the booking, they will be displayed in the booking details. Unless the issue is related to availability, you can manually retry by clicking the "Retry" button.
